Two completely remodeled loft apartments, approximately 900 square feet each, are part of the Minerva complex.  A private access to the lofts from the street allows each tenant a secure entrance to their apartment.  Each loft has been completely reburbished.  All new appliances, including washer and dryer, accompany the apartment.  Reconstruction included complete insulation of ceilings and walls, new drywall, new electric and plumbing and restored original hardwood floors.
